1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund period for the Product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

2. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period has expired.
- If the Product has been fully downloaded and accessed, and there is evidence of extensive use (e.g., participation in the WhatsApp group or use of templates).
- If the purchase was made through a third-party platform, in which case the third-party’s refund policy applies.
4. WhatsApp Group Access
Access to the private WhatsApp group is provided for 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be issued based solely on dissatisfaction with the WhatsApp group, provided access was granted as described.
